Leadership is inspirational and no doubt has an emotional impact too.

Spearheading:

1. Being a leader your job is to go 10 steps ahead of the team, search for 10 different ways to choose one among them to make sure your team is heading in the right direction bit by bit.
2. Meanwhile coming back at the team at the base to work together and while they take rest, you continue to explore and find the suitable one way so that the whole team progresses ahead one step at a time. No excuses. Momentum has to happen.
3. Being a leader, your responsibility is to create momentum in the team, or else you die.
4. A leader has to motivate regularly and
5. Inspire them to do and bring out the best in them. Setting a benchmark by working hard.
6. A leader is the one eating last making sure, everyone is fed well. So that when the sun rises tomorrow, so you are ready to takedown on your goals.
7. A leader has to make sure, the operation is going smoothly without any friction. Owning the roadblocks.
8. Being a leader, you have to stand strong even in your stormy days. Because you are that pillar of epitome.
9. Being a leader, you cannot stop. You have to keep redefining your vision with the time for a cause you will stand for.
10. A leader is the one taking accountability for the action of the whole team in dark times.
11. A great leader inspires action and most importantly develop a sense of unity in the whole tribe

Leadership ain’t easy, definitely not easy as criticizing & blaming is. I bow down to all the leaders at a charge out there doing their best they can.
