I feel proud to share this because it has always been my bottom line. Something in which I believe and started a few things in my life.

Whether you’re 25, 45 or 65… There’s going to be lessons you wish you knew earlier on. And no matter how old or young you are, it’s very likely that someone out there in the world could benefit or use your advice.

So share it.

Give the world the insights & ideas that you wish you had when you got started.

Give your team the cheat codes that took you years to learn and crack.

Help colleagues, peers and clients move faster than you did to achieve their goals and objectives.

Embrace the idea of paying it forward with value and you’ll be surprised by the impact and long term benefits.”

Yes, certainly not everyone will agree with this but yes it’s true that everything comes down to one thing for me.

That’s perspective.

How you see the world, perceive and respond back.

I have always believed that, when you share your secret, you keep refueling yourself with new things so that you can pay it forward again and this cycle goes until you are finally moving the mountains.

On the contrary, if you think you know something and keep it inside you and never pay it forward in the fear that you might lose it and someone might outcompete you, then you are heading towards dooms and very surely will be shocked to see yourself left behind.

Because on the above-mentioned cycle of new learning you keep yourself with the industry trends and hence you cannot become outdated. And this exactly helps you take charge of your life without dependability and fear of losing the job.

work on your niche and keep refining until you ace it. credit
