Having a cool workspace is always a dream for an entrepreneur. A workspace where the whole team could actually brainstorm ideas, ship projects, have meetings apart from seeing each and building a meaningful connection.

Renting out an office would have been an extra cost that would be levied on each of team members as we were bootstrapping, besides having no extra cost would further allow us to lower our cost of providing the services to the business.

Our target customers are mainly small, medium businesses and startups. The only reason we could be making our services affordable for them was by lowering the cost of our services.

Even if, working remotely before we were remote ready, there are several factors that make us go ahead chasing our vision.

  1. Love for the work: There is a reason why this one comes first. You can literally go to any extent to do something that you love in the first place. Having the passion allowed us to work beyond schedules, basically anything that would bring more value to the table for the respective stakeholders. Nothing can drive you better than the passion for work.
  2. Principles: We are our principle that we follow on a regular basis. When it’s tough we get back to our why.
  3. Connection: I have always tried to build connection with the team, it has always been my first priority. Building a culture is no easy task at all, especially when you are working with a team living miles away. It is true that your culture is deeply rooted in your why. You are your team, you are literally nothing without them.
  4. Problem Solving: We all come from a background facing a lot of odds making our way to a point to find our purpose and making the best out of it.
  5. Patience: Having patience is really hard when you are continuously working towards your goal without actually measuring it. It is said that patience and wisdom walk hand in hand. This is why we recall this favorite quote from Naval “Impatience with actions, patience with results.” That’s indeed a good philosophy for life.
  6. Trust: It is the basis of human relationships. Having a transparent culture allows you to reduce friction in the system. We try to share, discuss, empathize, understand and worship “Karma” above all. Your work is your identity at the end of the day. Nothing else matters.

Humans are limitless. We will keep discovering different factors that have worked for us in our initial days. You can know more about us from here.
