Eco Day Camp 2020
WCN NPP organized an “ Eco Day Camp 2020” a five-day camp filled with activities based on nature for children under the age group 7–11 at WCN office, Dhapasi from January 2–8, 2020. The children were involved in various outdoor and indoor activities where they learned about setting up a tent, traditional stoves, waste segregation and cooked their food. They also learned about artists and about the biodiversity around them. On the last day of the camp, an exhibition was organized where each child’s work and camp activities were presented to parents and visitors.

I have always appreciated the kind of work The Better India is doing to make a positive difference in the world. They have been consistently working to provide the best stories happening across India. Stories of unsung heroes, changemakers, innovations, education, children, women empowerment, travel, history, arts & culture, social development and indeed the list is endless.

Always an inspiration to learn from.
